I got a chance to analyse a judgement...finallyWe read about the latest judgements in the newspapers but even as law students don't get a chance to analyse or even understand judgements. The Law In Practice Certificate Course conducted by DraftCraft Institute of Law helped me tremendously in learning the skill of dissection judgements and separate the ratio decidendi from obiter dicta.
